Skye at times in the series has shown to be worried if Zuma is sad or down on something and one example of this was "Pups and the Lighthouse Boogie" where Zuma was sad that he couldn't boogie with Chase and Skye noticed that he was sad and wondered what was wrong.Īlso in "Pups Save the Carnival" when Zuma was really down on his terrible aim and hitting everything but the target and Skye helped him out and trained him to aim perfectly and even when he started feeling down again and worried he would mess up, Skye brought up his spirits and Zuma succeeded and got a prize. Skye and Zuma were also the very first First Responders in the series. They were even teamed up and charged up together as mighty pups to defeat Harold, Copycat, and Ladybird and also save Puplantis from being destroyed. They have a lot in common, played together, stayed up all night together waiting for the Merpups to show up then spend time with them, raced to the elevator, teamed up to play volleyball against the other pups, and so on.
Skye is pretty much best friends with Zuma and they have had a lot of moments together throughout the series. But there are times when she is closer to other pups. Skye really gets along with the other pups and spends a lot of time with them.
Other episodes, Skye doesn't have any fear of eagles at all but other episodes after that, her fear comes back but it's not as bad as it used to be in the earlier seasons.

When there was success, the eagle was free and Skye was relieved and actually thought how cute the baby eagles were. That's when Ryder and Chase were concerned and Ryder had Chase use his drone to distract the mother eagle so Skye can free her. When Skye arrived, she was very nervous and when she attempted to try to free the eagle, she was lunged at and scared off by the eagle which made it not successful.
